Day Forty Nine : Saturday 20th July 2005
We head off to the Leckie wedding at 9 o’clock in the morning to soundcheck before the wedding guests arrive. It has been a nice distraction for us doing the Rev it has given us a break from the intensity of recording. We do go back tot he studio for the afternoon and record some backing vocals for ‘This Is The Way’. The mix is sounding cool. We go on stage at the wedding about 9 p.m. We are playing it very quiet and really enjoying ourselves. We all take a shot at the lead vocals. We get the party rocking and finish up with “Get Down And Get With It’. Steve heads home after the gig while Craig, James and I go back to the studio.
