Miles Copeland asks Tony Platt to remix ‘Eye Of The Hurricane’ without the band’s involvement. He remixes “Rain” and “Newtown Jericho’, but they are rejected. They songs are then sent to Hollywood to be remixed by David Leonard. When the band finally hears the mixes, they were not happy with tham at all. Dave and Mike personally travelled to Los Angeles on August 26th 1987 to play the originals for Miles Copeland who finally agreed that they were the best of the lot. Dave and Mike found David Leonard in Hollywood and helped him finish the mixes.
