Mike Peters to perform in Washington DC this Tuesday 8th January 2019

Mike Peters is making a flying visit to Washington DC this Tuesday January 8th to take part in an Elvis Presley Birthday Celebration concert at Pearl Street Warehouse in Washington DC.

The concert is a benefit for the Love Hope Strength Foundation that is sponsored by the CFG Community Bank, and will feature a host of artists including the legendary Vanilla Fudge and Buck Dharma of Blue Oyster Cult with various local musicians and influential personalities from across the wide ranging spectrum of music and politics in Washington DC area.

It promises to be a fascinating evening that is being hosted by Sirius XM DJ and radio personality Paul Bachmann.

“The event organisers asked me out of the blue yesterday, if I would be willing to come over and play,” said Mike Peters this evening, “I just said ‘Let’s do it” right there on the spot. I can’t think of a better way to start getting ready for The Gathering than flying to Washington DC and playing a show to celebrate the Godfather of all Rock and Roll… and help save lives at the same time….. I’ll be following in Elvis’s footsteps the following weekend also, and flying to Germany for a headline show at The Acoustic Festival in Dusseldorf…. The Gathering starts here. Bring it on.”

Tickets and concert information for the Washington event are available here.
