AN INTIMATE EVENING WITH MIKE PETERS AND THE NEW JERSEY SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA CHAMBER PLAYERS
SPECIAL BENEFIT EVENT TO TAKE PLACE ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 4TH 7:00pm – 9:00pm, UNION COUNTY PERFORMING ARTS CENTER (New Jersey)
Please join Mike Peters, front man for the Welsh rock band the Alarm, supported by the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra Chamber Players, for a special, once-in-a-lifetime event . All funds raised will benefit cancer patients through the global not-for-profit, the Love Hope Strength Foundation.
This limited ticket event has been arranged as a one-time only opportunity to observe Mike Peters in rehearsal with the Symphony’s Chamber Players, consisting of a 16 piece string section of 8 violins,
4 violas and 4 celli.
Enjoy an elegant evening at the newly renovated Union County Performing Arts Center, starting with cocktails, hor doerves, and desserts, before joining the rehearsal in progress.
Mike Peters is a two time cancer survivor and founder of the Love Hope Strength Foundation, providing support to cancer patients around the world. He has combined his dedication to this cause with his passion for music, creating unique events around the world. Everest Rocks! took place last year, bringing rock musicians, trekkers, and cancer survivors to Base Camp Everest in support of cancer patients in Nepal. This year, Mike will bring an even larger group together to trek to Machu Picchu in October.
This intimate evening will be a night to remember, but not one that we can widely share. Because of the nature of the event, we are required to keep the audience small and have only 100 tickets available for purchase at $100 per person. You may make your donation online here for this special “behind the scenes” peek as the rocker joins the symphony for a magical night!
